I’m a tea addict, I drink about 7 cups of tea a day and it’s my all time favorite drink in Autumn. Why I love tea? On a dark weekday this is the only thing that can ease the pain of getting out of bed. I’m definitely not a morning person, I love to work during the nights and well tea helps to get me out of my warm and cozy bed. And for this reason alone, I love you tea. :-)) Besides that there is a tea blend for every occasion and it’s so good for you. Tea has amazing health benefits and I feel way better if I drink tea, coffee makes me feel so tired afterwards! Last but not least: there is something cozy about drinking tea. On dark days I love to crawl under a blanket with a nice cup of tea. My favourite brand is Blendtea, I have a huge collection and they’ve recently launched a new blend: Ginger Lemon. Today I’m telling you all about this delicious blend!

Ginger & Lemon Tea

Refresh your senses with their brand new Ginger & Lemon tea combining the pure ginger flavor with that lovely zesty lemon! This infusion offers an incredible depth of taste it’s certain to please everyone. Drink it with your breakfast or right before bed and everywhere in between!Just like white tea, green tea is not fermented. But unlike white tea, the production of green tea has four phases; wither, heat, roll and dry. After withering, the tea leafs are blasted with heat for several minutes up to 100 degrees celsius. Then the leafs are steamed to make it easier to soften them enough to roll them. Usually they’ll be shaped in little balls and dried.

Curious what their new Ginger & Lemon tea can do for you? Well, ginger has some amazing benefits for your body and health. Ginger also has a natural anti-inflammatory effect and can  reduces irritation, swelling, and relieves pain. Ginger and lemon are also used in skin care products, the high vitamin content of lemon and ginger, make this infusion an excellent option for improving the skin health. Not only helpful with skin care, but can also strengthen your hair, stimulate hair growth, and reduce dandruff.
